Warranty/Refund/Return

• Chopping boards:

Products can be warrantied for a refund within 30 days, if there is a defect in the material or workmanship.

Items must be returned in new condition and packaged well for the return.

Pre-orders can not be canceled once work has started.

Shipping cost will be paid by MS Laser LTD.  when item is delivered and customer sent proof of receipt .

 

• Custom orders require a minimum of 50% down payment which is non refundable once the work has started.
